finding good help

In the years since I have been on b.com, I have opened a business. I have worked hard and grown this business. I have gotten to the point where I am hiring staff to help out. It has not been easy. Why is it so hard to find good help? It seems like everyone thinks they should get paid for being lazy. Why do people think I am going to work this hard just to give my money away. I'm tired of lying, thieving people!
